How can I register an account on Ratekade.com?

Go to the Sign-in page, click register for Free to sign-up an account. Enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please click the link in the email and fill in all the required information.

Why didn't I receive the Email verification code?

Please check if your email address is correct and works. Please check if it goes to the trash/spam folder or mailbox is full. Your email code may take up to 10 minutes to arrive (depends on your email service operator). Do not repeatedly click “send verification link”;

This is the questionHow can I add a new delivery address to my account?

Click on the account button. You will be directed to your account dashboard where you will find"Address Book". Click on the “Add a New Address” button, enter your new address & click on“Save Address”. You can also set your Default shipping address by clicking on"Make Default Shipping Address".

When will I receive my order?

It depends on the shipping method you use. You could check the shipping status from track my order.

Change Your Order Information

You can update the shipping address, payment method, and more, on orders that haven't entered the shipping process by visiting Your Orders in Your Account. Important: You can’t modify orders that have entered the shipping process. You will need to contact our customer care for further details.

Shipping Cost

To determine the cost of shipping for your order, follow these steps: 1. Add the items to your cart and select Checkout. 2. Enter or verify your shipping address. 3. Select your delivery method. Your shipping cost will be displayed based on your location and the delivery method you choose.

Return and Refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you received from Ratekade.com is damaged or defective, you can return by sending an email for a replacement . You can return or replace an order by a request email within 14 days of receiving the order. Please refer to the Return Policy to know your eligibility.

Refunds

If your purchase was made using a credit card, any refund is required to be issued to that same credit card. If the original credit card is not present and is not available by scanning the receipt, the refund will be processed onto a gift card.
